1. My name is Julie, but at Aikens, I’m better known as Julie, but Grant calls me Jewels.
2. This is my 17th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because Aikens is my life.
3. My favorite television series to binge-watch on Netflix is Scandal.
4. My travel bucket-list includes Scotland, France, Spain and Italy.
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is “Make sure to take time to enjoy this beautiful place you are in”.
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me on the beach with the kids.
7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is Pit guiding me to a trophy pike.
8. The one item I cannot live without is Pit’s back rubs.

1. My name is Patrick, but at Aikens, I’m better known as Papatrick.
2. This is my 17th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because I have forgotten where home is.
3. My favorite television series to binge-watch on Netflix is 19-2.
4. My travel bucket-list includes having a real Phô in Vietnam.
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is “It takes a long time to earn a man’s respect, but seconds to lose it.
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me spending time with my boys.
7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is watching my three year old reel in a tiny Pike that he then called a whale.
8. The one item I cannot live without is my Olpha knife.

2. This is my 11th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because I love what the water does to my hair!
3. My favorite television series to binge-watch on Netflix is Orange is the New Black.

6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me hiking with the kiddos - which is actually just a slow super slow walk...
7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is my one and only trophy walleye!

2. This is my 8th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because of the people I work with and fish.
3. My favorite television series to binge-watch on Netflix is I don’t know Ma, Well…Making a Murderer was a gooder.
4. My travel bucket-list includes Quenelle Lake, one of those days.
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is “At least you didn’t try…that one put a fire in my belly.”
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me hanging out with the boys, most likely in a boat..
7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is…there are so many but, two big pike with Réanne standout to me. Good times.
8. The one item I cannot live without is Gatorade and snickers.

2. This is my 7th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because this is where I catch the adventure and capture the memories.
3. My favorite television series to binge-watch on Netflix is Game of Thrones (but not on Netflix...).
4. My travel bucket-list includes all of Africa.
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is “Keep givin’r”.
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me eating sushi or having an ol barley pop at the local watering hole.

4. My travel bucket-list includes Australia, to snorkel the Great Barrier Reef, South America and the parts of Europe I’ve missed.

7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is the fishing derby on my first year, winning it within 30 minutes of starting, with JB’s big pike.

2. This is my 5th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because the sky is bigger here. I get to watch the Clouds move across the sky all day.

4. My travel bucket-list includes going to New Zealand and Australia to try some skydiving.
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is “Treat people the way you’d want to be treated”.
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me on the lake having a good time or in my cabin sleeping.
7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is catching my ever lake trout!

2. This is my first season at the lodge. I’m excited to work at Aikens because of the great people and the beautiful scenery.

4. My travel bucket-list includes flying a super cub in and out of gravel bars in Alaska.

7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is witnessing the first lake trout bite of the season.

2. This is my first season at the lodge. I’m excited to work at Aikens because I saw some pretty awesome flowers in the bush, and I think that’s pretty rad.

5. The best advice I’ve ever received is “Just do what makes you happy”.
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me napping, or rippin’ flukes off the dock.

2. This is my 1st season at the lodge. I’m excited to work at Aikens because it’s super rad. Nature is awesome & food is the best! Where yah to? Somewhere Deadly!
3. My favorite television series to binge-watch on Netflix is Planet Earth. David Attenborough is a dream weaver.
4. My travel bucket-list includes Space.
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is “Whatever you do, do it well”
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me napping during Planet Earth episodes.
7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is that one time I was almost hit by lightning and that other time Janelle caught that fish.

2. This is my second season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because of the endless photo opportunities, canoeing with loons, and of course the big and fun Aikens Family.
3. My favorite television series to binge-watch on Netflix is House of Cards.
4. My travel bucket-list includes Yukon, Canadian East and West Coasts, and the South of Spain.
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is to remember that “Tomorrow’s another day!”.
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me canoeing past you or snapping pictures all over the peninsula.
7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is fishing off the barge and reeling in Austin.
8. The one item I cannot live without are my Blundstone boots.

2. This is my 2nd season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because I can't go another summer without Reba.

1. My name is Lorraine, but at Aikens, I’m better known as Lorraine or sometimes Lolo.
2. This is my 28th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful peninsula because there is no other place I would rather be!
3. My favourite television series to binge-watch on Netflix is: Pit…..how do I turn this on again!!!
4. My travel bucket list includes the South Pacific Islands and Canada, specifically the Rockies and the Atlantic Provinces.
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is……..Don’t worry about anything any longer than it would take you to do it!
6. On my off time at Aikens, you can find me moving furniture, re-arranging cupboards, organizing things and generally making spaces better to live in……mine and others.
7. My favourite fishing memory at Aikens is when Gerry, Pit, Andrina and I went to Bonaventure Lake and we got into some heavy Pike. Everyone caught a trophy but me but I caught a 39”. Not bad for a day on the lake!
8. The two items I cannot live without are bleach and wine, not necessarily in that order!

2. This is my 6th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this wonderful Peninsula because I get to do something different everyday.

5. The best advice I’ve ever received is “If you can’t work and talk, don’t talk”.

7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is canoeing up river to the second set of falls and casting.

4. My travel bucket-list includes South East Asia and the Moon. They both seem pretty cool!
5. The best advice I’ve ever received is to remember where your bread is buttered.
6. On my off-time at Aikens, you can find me shooting some hoops or on the water fishing.
7. My favorite fishing memory at Aikens is that time I lost a 60” pike! I swear it’s true!
8. The one item I cannot live without is a good pair of work shoes - they sure make my life a lot easier.
