Payment & Rescheduling policies
- A deposit of $1000 per person is required within 10 days of booking.
- Checks or major credit cards are accepted.
- The balance is payable 30 days prior to their trip.
- For trips booked within 60 days of arrival date, the full amount is due at time of booking. All monies are non-refundable, but can be transferrable in some cases.
- One such situation is when written (includes email) cancellation at least 30 days from the trip date. In this instance, the monies are held and can be applied to another trip for a same group size in that same year or during the following season. If group size ends up being smaller, the held over deposits will be adjusted accordingly. Cancellations within 30 days of the trip are non-transferrable.
