The guides had one day to work together as a team before we got into the thick of the season and would be spending most of their days on the lake. We decided that what better way to help them "bond" than by making them sweat a little. We needed to upgrade our water systems so out came the shovels. After a hard days work digging and moving rocks out of the pits, we were able to give them a little reward... cold beer! Now its on to fishing!!!
